Meet at the nature reserve cafe at 10:30am for a coffee and then a walk around the reserve and capture some nature photos. Try out a macro lens for small plants and insects or a long telephoto lens (300mm) for larger items. Entrance to the cafe is free and £4 for the reserve.

Our first competition of the season starts with Round 1 of Open PDI competition. All images will be judged in one group by Steve Lawrenson APAGB ARPS.
Our own Steve White will be demonstrating how editing original digital files can be transform good images into outstanding ones. During the evening Steve will show us how he put together his top scoring shot "Battersea Power Station" from last week's PDI competition. Come along for what promises to be an instructive evening.
