Round 2 of this season's Open PDI competition takes place tonight in the Deall room. Our own Peter Merrick will be reviewing the images for us tonight.
Steve and Sylvia White will again be hosting our last meeting before Xmas with a fun quiz night where teams of members pit their wits and general knowledge against each other. A fun night in a relaxed atmosphere to get the Christmas festivities off to a good start.
Members will have a chance to have some images reviewed by more experienced club members.
This evening we have an inter club PDI competition with Steyning Camera Club at Beeding & Bramber Village Hall. Always an enjoyable evening hosted by our closest rivals. The judge tonight is Eddie Hyde FRPS.
Malcolm Bull will be returning to the Deall Room to judge round 2 of the open print competition this evening. Members will be able to enter up to three prints, with the top two scoring prints counting towards the end of season placings.
This evening Mike Martin ADPS, FDPS (x2), EFIAP, AWPF, BPE1* will be giving a talk via Zoom on his photography. Tonight Janet Brown ARPS from Storrington Camera Club will be visiting the Deall Room to give her talk titled "Four Projects". Janet is interested in people and documentary photography, with the aid of a drone. We will see some stunning images this evening, I'm sure.
Tonight, via ZOOM, is Round 2 of our set subject competition and this time the subject is "Reflections". Members are invited to submit two images. The judge tonight is Tony Oliver ARPS, CPAGB, BPE5.
An informal competition this evening which is restricted to images produced by the phone in your pocket. Back by popular demand, this is a chance to see how good mobile phone images are now. Images will be assessed by selected club members.
Bring your camera and tripod this evening for a practical hands on table top photography event. Further details will be released closer to the night.
